Content Strategist

s to: Marketing & Proposal Manager or Division Director

FLSA Code: Non-exempt hourly with overtime

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the content marketing strategy based on the GHA business objectives, as well as the needs of our clients. You will be planning and developing content for the GHA brand.

As a Content Strategist, you shall utilize the company values in every phase of your work. You shall demonstrate exemplary organizational and communication skills, be a self-starter, be able to carry out assignments with limited oversight in a timely manner above-average over competency in the areas listed below:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of GHA business.
• Familiar with SEO (search engine optimization) guidelines and keyword research tools
• Performing extensive research and analysis on thoughts and trends.
• Creating specifications and content appropriate for the “GHA Way”
• Creating and managing social media campaigns and content marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing writing style and tone for all content
• Developing content standards/guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content and ensuring they are followed.
• Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion.
• Analyzing content marketing strategies to evaluate whether it’s working or not.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Above average presentation and delivery skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Attention to detail
• Leadership qualities
• Time management skills

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
