Job Summary:

The Account Manager develops effective partnerships with facility client administrators/ decision-makers using a consultative approach to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill orders to drive growth in revenue and market share for the ProCare Advantage Plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant account management experience with 2+ years in Benefits OR Health Savings Account Administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (respectful of opinions and ideas of others,
• able to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner)
• Ability to build ongoing relationships with providers
• Results Oriented, Self -Starter who can drive results through persuasive negotiation and critical thinking
• Ability to interact with others in a collaborative, respectful and productive manner
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated

Essential Functions:

• Accountable for driving Medicare sales growth and growing relationships with agencies that sell our products
• Meet monthly minimum metrics including calls, product adoption rates, and financial goals
• Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to providers to educate on the advantages of the product and negotiate adoption of the product with provider organizations
• Provide industry-leading, exceptional service for outbound calls, projects, and other activities
• Apply principles and best-in-class service practices to achieve department and client goals
• Interface with other team members to address client, company, and/or department needs
• Identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities and develops plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships
• Partner with local marketing teams to maximize local sales leads that complement national brand and growth initiatives
• Collaboration and relationship building with all channels including key account agencies in their markets
• Ability to work, train and build relationships remotely as necessary and as required by the environment
