Renewal by Andersen Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment recruiting for roles for five Renewal by Andersen locations. In this role, you will be an advisor to the hiring leaders; ability to develop and execute strategies to identify top talent for a variety of roles for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Hiring Strategy Discussions with hiring leaders to ensure an understanding of the recruiting needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Write optimized job descriptions.
• Weekly meeting with Hiring Leaders to discuss the status of their requisition.
• Provide management with requested s and documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Knowledge of trends, best practices, labor, and employment laws

You will to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be successful in this role you if are self-motivated, enjoy building relationships with all employees, prioritize tasks and with a high level of attention to detail.

This position will be based out of our Earth City, MO location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
