Bowlarama Bathurst Hiring for Customer Service Representative Full Time

Bowlarama Bathurst is currently seeking a customer service representative for their centre, with shifts occurring primarily in the evenings and on weekends. In this role you are the first smile customers will often see, and it’s also “command central” for the entire facility, and there’s never a dull moment – so the ability to multi-task is a must. You will be responsible for greeting the guests, directing them to whatever fun they’re seeking, performing various control desk operations (such as processing payment), answering questions over the phone, cooking food, serving beverages, helping with different events, working in the arcade, and doing whatever you can to make the experience memorable for every guest, every visit. Our facility has a full food and beverage service, bowling, arcade, bar, and we also pride ourselves on offering amazing event experiences.

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Criminal record checks are required. Past bowling centre or games room experience is not required; but a friendly, upbeat, willing-to-help attitude is a must. Customer service experience is considered an asset.
