We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who shares our passion for ecommerce, loves partnering with a smart team, thrives on a project with an end goal and uncharted road map, and appreciates the fast pace of an entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate for this challenging new Mar-Tech role will collaborate daily with our marketing, development, tech, and management team members to develop and implement digital marketing strategies with a particular focus on email marketing.

They are scrappy, hands-on professionals who enjoy staying up to date on the latest industry trends and who have a strong desire to grow professionally in ways that align with our business needs.

Responsibilities:

s to the Senior Vice President of Growth.

• Collaborate with Management and Marketing to develop strategies for our email marketing program
• Design emails using Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Within our email service provider’s platform, build/test emails, campaigns, workflows, and A/B tests
• Analyze performance of marketing efforts, then iterate to improve performance
• Collaborate with internal and external team members and partners to develop email campaigns that dovetail with other marketing efforts
• Create content for other marketing efforts as requested
• Generate written content, such as product descriptions, blog articles, and/or landing pages as needed
• Assist with social media as needed

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in email marketing and general digital marketing
• Experience with email marketing platforms, design tools, and analytics
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
• Knowledge of Google Workspace Apps
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to help where needed in a smaller, fast-growing company.
• A growth mindset: strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new ideas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related OR commensurate professional experience
