As an Operations Associate, you will learn about Phoenix Capital Group through daily coordination with the COO and other members of the operations team. You will directly support the COO and the acquisitions team daily. You will be expected to develop a detailed working knowledge of all departments. This role will be critical in the growth of the business, and you will get exposure to every facet of the company through providing administrative and operational support to increase the overall efficiency of the company. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with senior leadership as well as external partners and vendors. You are a great fit for this role if you are naturally inquisitive, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to think outside of the box. You must be able to work well within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment with other driven individuals. Prior experience working in this industry is unnecessary as you will be given all of the trailing and tools needed succeed in this position.
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Manage physical and online filings systems
· Ability to develop and implement work processes which contribute to increased efficiencies
· Use Salesforce and associated applications to generate business critical documents
· Data entry, cleanup, and management in company proprietary database
· Assemble custom packets and ensure they are delivered to clients
· Assist in direct mail marketing campaigns
· Conduct client account research
· Work with acquisitions team to facilitate transactions with their clients
Required Skills:

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Excellent in written and verbal communications
· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
