The Director of Talent Acquisition recruits corporate and facility leadership positions, leads the recruitment team which is responsible for all facility level openings, and develops ongoing sources for talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of requisitions for the corporate office and facility leadership positions.
• Maintain communication with operations and clinical leadership to insure recruitment needs are met.
• Train, oversees and provides support to the recruitment team responsible for facility level recruitment.
• Build relationships with company leaders to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop and update job descriptions and hiring criteria of company positions in collaboration with hiring managers. Ensure consistent branding across all posts, and best practices for job board distribution
• Lead recruitment team, providing guidance and direction regarding recruitment issues to hiring managers, monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, counsel as appropriate.
• Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure functionality and modifications as needed. Maintain vendor relationship to customize ATS as needed to meet business needs.
• Attend and participate in college, trade schools and other job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Partner with media development to implement strategies for attracting talent.
• Continually research additional recruitment advertising opportunities.
• Manage international nurse recruitment process, onboarding and follow up.
• Participate in grant writing team to insure recruitment strategies are met.
• Perform other duties as a member of the Human Resources team as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, specializing in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience with recruitment and interviewing processes required, healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and legislation.
