Currently Recruiting For:

• 3x Production Labourers (interior door construction), Dayshift ($22/hour + Benefits)
• 4x Production Labourers (interior door construction), Nightshift ($23/hour + Benefits)

Shift Options:

• Days: 6:00 am – 4:30 PM
• Nights: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Monday – Thursday (4 days/wk x 10 hrs/day) + overtime every other Friday

– No public transportation is available.

**NOTE: The physical demands of this job require the employee to have good coordination and attention to detail. The person in this role should be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks. Employees will be working near moving equipment in a production environment. The safety of our employees is of the utmost concern to us.

Key Job Functions: Vary depending on the position

• Laying up Doors (building by hand)
• Handling (Flipping) Doors
• Feeding component door pieces
• Able to move and cross-train into other areas on the production floor
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Lead Hand

Job Type / Category / Wages

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Category 2 ($20.00/HR), Category 3 ($22.00/HR), Category 4 ($24.00/HR)
• Night Shift Premium – receives an extra $1.00/HR in addition to hourly base rate
• Yearly wage reviews in July and thereafter

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production facility, home building supplies industry or a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Forklift ticket is an asset.
• First aid ticket is an asset.
• Must be committed to working safely and following safety policies.
• Capable of performing repetitive, physical work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work diligently independently or within a team to meet production numbers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in any area of the facility.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with team, internal customers and external customers.
