Intoxalock Hiring for Client Support Specialist: Expungement-Des Moines, IA Office Full Time

Consumer Safety Technology (CST) and our family of brands have helped millions of individuals to live and drive responsibly. We provide products and services to consumers and program monitoring authorities to effectively deter impaired driving and support individuals as they navigate the license restoration process. We are the largest provider of IIDs in the United States and the only company working to assist individuals in successfully navigating the often daunting DUI process.

Job Purpose: This role supports CST’s new Expungement business by helping customers navigate thru the SaaS model and it includes a heavy amount of research on 3rd party sites for additional information. Every client situation will be unique and requires patience, someone who is able to problem solve and think critically, but who also understands clear boundaries and is comfortable NOT answering legal questions. This is an office based position in our Des Moines, IA headquarters.

Key Accountabilities:

Administrative:

• Work within web-based technologies to enter data and continuously update activities/status
• Navigate 3rd party judicial websites to identify, retrieve, and enter client-specific information pertinent to individuals’ legal history
• Requires checking legal records service and investigation to determine next steps
• Requires identifying and flagging any edge cases or other issues during information retrieval/research
• Includes copy/paste of details, such as client offense records, into web portal
• Review completed client paperwork for missing information
• Print X copies
• Prep those for mailing to X places – custom to each client’s application
• Track additional performance metrics as needed for the business
• Coordination/shipping of other marketing/promotional materials

Customer Service:

• Answer inbound client questions via phone, forms, chat, email, regarding the Expungement SaaS product, billing issues, etc.
• Proactively track technical/process issues and relevant client feedback and then work with Expungement team to improve processes, the customer experience, and overall performance of the SaaS model
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to follow procedures and instructions without deviation due to strict legal requirements
• Extraordinary attention to details
• Exceptional familiarity with Office365 products and data entry
• Able to juggle multiple facets of the job and shifting priorities daily
• Possesses a friendly, helpful disposition and has proven, stable work history
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Past experience doing administrative work in a law firm is advantageous
