Fellowship Senior Living Hiring for Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention Full Time

The Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention supports the organization in the achievement of recruitment and selection, retention, and team member engagement objectives, while in accordance with FellowshipLife’s Mission, philosophy, and care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision to Talent Acquisition Specialist and manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for exempt and non-exempt positions. Develop and implement recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to maximize staffing levels for all departments.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive retention strategies to improve team member engagement and collaborate with leadership to ensure long-term retention and success.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to accurately assess our current and future staffing needs, talent shifts and to develop appropriate strategies.
• Assists in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, processes, and systems.
• Views and produces s, and/or maintains HR and payroll records.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ progressive human resources experience. Experience in the healthcare industry, desirable.
• BA in human resources management, business administration, or related field required.
• Current SHRM or HRCI certification.
• Demonstrated record of working within a ‘performance-measured’ environment and experience with ing/metrics/data management.
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office, applicant tracking, and payroll software.
• Strong leadership skills and strategic, long-range planning capability with exceptional innovation skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and high level of integrity and dependability.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond to the needs of all clients of the organization, including the Board of Directors, team members, Residents, Members, Patients, local community, and vendors.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team setting and possess strong interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, contributing to a warm, caring, and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the residents and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
• Understanding and support of the Mission, Vision, Fellowship Spirit, and philosophy of FellowshipLife. Supports the goals of the Board of Directors and the administration.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
