Job Summary

The role will be responsible for helping the finance team view clean, organized and well-defined data points in order to build conclusive reports. The person’s data entry activities will support the global strategy established and help the company reach its sales objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support finance with data entry and additional administrative tasks
• Ensure data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
• Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
• Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
• Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
• Maintain CRM database by entering new and updating customer and account information
• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Pull and manipulate data reports

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Excel
• Shows strong organization skills
• Great attention to detail and rigid work method
• Comfortable with repeat work activities
