Original Foods Limited is Looking for Food Production Supervisor Full Time

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the team that manufactures and packages food products on several production lines. The candidate will be responsible for following SOP’s, training, job development, managing staff performance with KPIs and motivating your team on a daily basis for optimal output. Always promoting teamwork and personal accountability.

The Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding daily targets and providing solid leadership in this fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will have experience in the Food Industry. Mechanical skills would be a great asset to perform in this job, but inspiring leadership is the main criteria we are looking for.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Experience:

• Management: 3 years (preferred)
• food manufacturing: 4 years (preferred)
