Diagnostics Consulting and Recruiting Hiring for Internal Medicine / Primary Care – PAs and APRNs Full Time

Three (3) separate PA / NP outpatient Internal Medicine / Primary Care positions available in Avon, Bloomfield, and Plainville, Connecticut. Both new grad and experienced Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner providers will be considered. Hiring as of 2/13/2023.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Roles/Responsibilities:

• Provide Adult Internal Medicine / Primary Care services at 1 of 3 outpatient clinic settings: Avon, Bloomfield, or Plainville, Connecticut.
• Coordinate with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical / non-clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage patients’ acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medication for patients as required or directed.
• Coordinate with specialists.
• Provide education to patients and family members when necessary.

Days / Hours / Compensation / Benefits:

• Monday – Friday (8:30am-5pm)
