Under the leadership of the Chief People Officer, the Talent Development & Learning Director will guide the development, design, and implementation of high-impact talent development programs (training, cohort programs, organizational development, eLearning, etc.) that drive employee experience across the affiliate. In this role, you will shape the development and delivery of management and leadership training programs, develop programs to address critical skill gaps, and help adapt our workforce to meet long-term goals. In addition, you will direct the strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of all training and development solutions, including the learning management system (LMS), to meet PPMW’s objectives today, as well as tomorrow.
This is a very hands-on leadership role aimed at driving the talent development and learning strategies that develop our people, increase retention, and yield targeted outcomes. The Director will be expected to cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across the organization, leverage trends and insights to develop talent solutions, and demonstrate a measurable impact on learning for both talent and organizational needs.
