Job Summary
The account manager position is for an organized and self-motivated individual who will serve as liaison between the client and the agency. Professional advertising/marketing experience is necessary. The account manager must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with C-Suite professionals and must be able to drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individual needs of our clients. This leader should have strong ability to multi-task and have a get-stuff-done attitude with a positive outlook. Multitasking is something we all do in the agency and this position is expected to multitask with the best of them! Also, a willingness to learn new tactics and internal systems will help blaze the path forward. We use MS Office so proficiency in this suite is important.
