I am a busy contractor in need of someone with bathroom renovation experience immediately. Looking for a reliable person who has a drivers license . Willing to pay reasonable hourly rate or piece work depending on experience. Liability insurance needed for sub contract work. Duties required include:
- Demolition
- Job site prep (protecting clients floors and furniture)
- Framing
- Drywall boarding
- Carpentry
- Painting/mud tape/texture etc.
- Basic plumbing experience (plumb drains, toilet removal and install etc.
- General renovation experience.
