Le Beau is Looking for Front of House (Weekend shifts) Full Time

We are hiring a Front of House team member to join our growing team! If you are a dedicated individual, like to take pride in your work and in your exceptional customer service, and you want to work with friendly people in a beautiful space, come and work with us!

This position is best suited for someone who can commit to weekends shifts. (Saturday – Sunday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.)

What you will do:

· Interact with customers and always provide exceptional service.

· Sell baked goods (handle cash and POS system) and prepare beverages accurately and to a high standard.

· Communicate with all team members to ensure items are prepped, stocked and orders are ready for pick up on time.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and appealing space for customers and employees.

Your Qualities & Qualifications:

· Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment.

· Any Barista experience is a Plus but not mandatory!

· Familiarity with handling cash or using POS systems.

· Ability to multi-task, with good attention to detail.

· Communicate and work well with others, act maturely and professional.

· A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn.

At Le Beau, we specialize in croissants (one-of-a-kind in Toronto) and laminated dough, but we also offer a small selection of high-quality seasonal pastries and other baked items. Everything is rolled and baked daily in-house and is limited in stock.

Our Chef trained in France and worked at a renowned patisserie in Paris. She values the highest quality ingredients, craftsmanship, simplicity and tradition in everything she creates.
