United Collection Bureau Hiring for Recruiter/HR Rep Full Time

We are seeking a Recruiter/Human Resources Representative who will be responsible for all recruiting of open administrative positions and HR functions, in accordance with internal policy, federal and state law and regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations. The selected candidate will handle recruitment, FMLA and ADA administration, orientation, onboarding, employee relations and will be responsible for strategic human resources planning, in our Toledo and Maumee Ohio locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• An experienced leader and human resources generalist with appropriate industry experience, preferably in a production-based organization;
• A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus;
• A well-organized and self-directed individual;
• An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and who possesses excellent communication skills;
• A decisive individual with sound judgement;
• Diverse experiences in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Three plus years of HR related and recruiting experience required.
