POSITION: Operations Admin

COMPANY: Haughn & Associates

LOCATION: Dublin, Ohio

COMPENSATION: $50k to $60k

SUMMARY:

The Operations Admin is an administrative and organizational expert who supports leadership and the company as a whole in all things related to running the agency. Additionally, they must learn and master the agency management system Applied Epic and help the Haughn team leverage the systems full capabilities. This person must have solid business acumen and a deep desire to learn how to grow and run a business.

The Operations Admin can follow a development path into agency management or eventually transition into taking care of clients. In all cases, the Operations Admin is constantly learning, taking on challenges, and being given the opportunity make a positive impact on the agency and the team.

EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:

– Oversee the general order and appearance of the office

– Ensure that all inbound mail, calls, and emails to the agency are handled appropriately

– Understand all client service related administrative processes, train others, and ensure execution

– Assist in marketing and branding related tasks

– Review and reconcile agency accounting and financial transactions

– Provide executive assistance to senior team members as needed with events, travel, etc.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelors in a business related field

– 3+ years of administrative, accounting, or management experience

– Understanding of process design and implementation

– Attention to detail and accurate record keeping

– Willingness to pursue a path for professional development

Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
