Licensed Insurance Account Manager
Growth oriented neighborhood insurance agency. We are a small family owned business looking to add a strong account manager to help us run the business and grow our customer base.

Growth-oriented small independent insurance agency is seeking licensed P&C account manager with insurance experience to maintain and cross-sell an existing book of business. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, independent and enjoy providing quality customer service. Looking for someone who is committed and will grow with us!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Build relationships with existing customers during policy renewal and/or service work
• Prepare quotes for new and existing customers with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Document customer interactions in agency management software
• Create processes to manage renewals in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage transition of new clients to our agency during purchase of new books of business
• Look for ways to optimize processes and procedures in order to work more efficiently, provide the best customer service and grow the business
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Requirements include:

• Customer service and insurance service/sales experience required, open to Commercial or Personal experience
• Property and casualty insurance license required
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated, detail oriented
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Able to independently manage the office if owner is out of office

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
