TLC medical clinic is looking for experienced Medical Office Assistants to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role is a successful team player with Oscar EMR experience, multitasking in a fast- paced medical environment, and has open availability to work at 717 SE Marine Drive, Vancouver. We want you

• Punctual and reliable
• Oscar EMR experience
• Strong communication skill, greeting patients in person, phone, and email
• Booking/managing patient appointments and the associated particulars
• Processing referrals, incoming/outgoing documents
• Taking payments
• Measuring vitals and performing vision test
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records-update address, phone number
• Preparing instruments/trays/exam room for patient visits and procedures
• Maintaining exam room and clinic cleanliness
• Performing various tasks delegated by a physician and/or manager
• Attention to detail and follow through

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
