L&M Mail & Courier Hiring for Administrative Assistant/Mail Data Analyst Full Time

We are flexible! Work schedule is tentatively 9:00am – 4:30pm M-F. No weekends. We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bring a high degree of morale and motivation to the L&M team
• Use Excel to manipulate client database
• Process address databases through BCC mailing software
• Using QuickBooks for deposits, invoicing, account management
• Customer service duties such as communicating with L&M accounts.
• Assist the office with administrative support
• Develop and maintain a positive and professional cooperative working relationship with co-workers and L&M accounts

Qualifications:

• A self-starter who enjoys a team first workplace atmosphere but can be productive with minimal oversight
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• BCC or other Mailing Software experience a plus
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Office management experience preferred
• Database experience, mail merges, and printing a plus
• Mailing, printing or production experience a plus
• Team player who demonstrates the ability to relate to employees at all levels
• High school diploma required
• A valid driver’s license required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
