Cowgill Asset Management is looking for a Digital Marketing/Social Media

Coordinator who will be responsible for managing each multifamily community in the portfolio to increase digital presence, awareness, and market share. Managing company websites and developing new strategies and techniques to ensure company remains one of the top performers in the Lexington, KY market. We want a talented social media specialist who is familiar with the latest social media trends, is comfortable managing multiple accounts, and is able to find solutions to reach multiple target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, and schedule content for Cowgill communities to post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok
• Write and edit compelling social media copy with the purpose of engaging potential renters and current residents
• Manage the online reputation of each Cowgill community including Google My Business, Apartments.com, and social media channels
• Respond to online reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Work with property managers to create Facebook Marketplace listings for available units – respond to Facebook Marketplace inquiries in an effort to drive those leads to each community
• Monitor and participate in social conversations on behalf of the Cowgill communities
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and tools – determine if they need to be implemented based on potential value
• Work with property managers and regional managers to create property specific pieces of content
• Work with blog writers to create unique content to publish on Cowgill’s website with the goal of featuring local businesses and the general Lexington, KY area – this would include things like local events, guides for residents new to the area, Etc.
• Keyword research, analysis, and implementation of content; Analyze keyword ranking s and analytics data to make recommendations
• Internal and external link building
• Identify new SEO/SEM trends and create content around those keywords/phrases
• Work with web developers to optimize website performance including site/page load times, mobile friendliness, and increase time on site
• Monitor and manage Google Ads accounts
• Regularly update and optimize Google Ads accounts to create new ad copy, improve CTR, add/remove keywords, target segmented audiences, and manage our monthly budget
• Content audits and planning
• Stay up to date with industry trends and news for the multifamily industry
• Perform website evaluations to identify areas of improvement and potential issues for end users
• Create calls to action to drive more conversions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

• Lexington, KY 40502: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
