ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of our Personal Assistants, you will work closely with our Managing Director and department directors. Providing invaluable assistance in the day-to-day running through administrative and secretarial work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Respond to correspondence such as emails and other communications
  • Schedule and adjust meetings according to shifting business priorities
  • Set reminders for meetings and other important tasks that need to be completed
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements when needed.
  • Take notes during meetings, prepare minutes and distribute these to the relevant participants.
  • Manage databases and effective data filing systems
  • Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems
  • Provide assistance on completion of documentation as required
  • Organise the Managing Director’s personal commitments
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director.
REQUIRED CRITERIA
  • Previous experience with administration or personal assistant work.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organisation and multitasking capability
  • Efficient time management
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Attention to detail
  • Tact and diplomacy.
DESIRABLE TRAITS
  • Previous administrative/Personal Assistant experience in a similar industry.
  • PA Diploma or equivalent
  • Business management
