The Role

As an Account Representative you will provide an outstanding customer service while applying early collection negotiation tactics to determine best options available to assist customers.

What will you be doing at AutoWay?

• Making and receiving outbound calls on current/delinquent accounts.
• Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
• Identifying accounts that require management review
• Maintaining required standards set by the department
• Adherence to Company policies and procedures
• Title Work
• Verifying insurance
• Working with insurance companies on claims

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience needed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
