Desert Insurance Solutions Hiring for Commercial Insurance Account Executive Full Time

We need a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to primarily process new business and handle selected renewals and customer service. This is not a sales job.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial new business for a wide range of coverage categories and client types
• Track, initiate and process selected renewals
• Provide customer service such as cancellations, endorsements and certificates for selected clients
• Establish good relations and communication with team members, clients and carriers
• Foster a positive attitude toward the agency and team goals
• Create and execute a personal development plan
• Mon-Thu in office, Fri from home

Desired Skills

• Must have independent agency commercial insurance experience. 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with a wide range of coverage categories (e.g., WC, G/L, BOP, professional/management lines) and client types (e.g., retail, professional, real estate, manufacturing, construction)
• Work with both a sense of urgency and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be organized and able to work independently
• Experience with AMS 360 a plus
• Must hold valid commercial CA or AZ P+C license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
