Compex IT Ltd Hiring for Part Time Administrator (Very flexible and Remote based) Full Time

So. Here’s the deal. We’re called Compex IT, a growing IT services company based in Birmingham. And due to continued growth, we’re looking for an Administrator to be part of the team on a part-time basis

DUTIES

We’re looking for a good all-rounder, someone who wants to get involved and make a difference. To do more than the standard admin duties like invoicing and updating records (even though we still need this). We’re looking for someone who can help with basic account management, marketing and graphic design work.

• Basic Marketing – loads emails into ActiveCampaign, manage social media posts, Linkedin outreach, physically send marketing materials out in the post, organise campaign activity
• Basic Account Management – Checking in with clients (email/phone) , answering account queries, organising client reviews
• Basic Design – Assist with creating social media graphics etc

Admin work includes:

• Keeping client information up to date
• Building relationships with clients
• Interacting with clients/suppliers/vendors on the phone and email
• Answering phones if needed
• Scheduling appointments
• Invoicing
• Assist with quoting

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING YOU

• This role is 100% remote-based and highly flexible for the right person. So is ideal for someone looking for rewarding work during school hours.
• Times can be to suit between Mon-Friday 9-5. So, for example, one day you could work 9am-1pm and another day could be 10am-2pm
• The plan for this role is that the hours will increase over the next 6-12 months
• We’re a small (but perfectly formed) team looking for someone who is keen on becoming part of Team Compex
• The role is varied with plenty of opportunities. With a mix of basic admin tasks and more exciting things to get involved in

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

First and foremost, you’ll need to be passionate and have extremely strong communication skills but you’ll also need the following skills:

• Previous administration experience required in a similar role. At least 1-2 years (required)
• Competent at working with Microsoft Office (required)
• Any marketing, account management, graphic design skills would be a bonus
• The plan for this role is that the hours will increase over the next 6-12 months
• Being based around Birmingham would also be a massive bonus for this role

You’ll also need to have:

• A dedicated space at home to work from.
