Our independent private wealth firm in Venice, FL has an immediate opening for a Marketing Project Manager.

We seek a motivated self-starter who works well as a productive member of our overall team while also sharing knowledge and expertise with others.

This position specializes in planning, managing and executing projects related to the firm’s marketing efforts. They will work side by side with the outsourced marketing vendors and agencies by providing them with the resources and collaboration needed in order to complete projects. Projects will include managing the firm’s website & social media, including content, creating printed marketing materials, managing charitable sponsorships and writing/editing thought leader content for webinars, white papers and short videos.

We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, knowledge of digital marketing disciplines and platforms, proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, Word Press and Constant Contact, strong verbal and written communication skills, with previous experience in a similar project management position preferred.

This position can be a hybrid position and flexible in terms of hours worked. (If less than full time, this position would not be eligible for benefits.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
