Your role as a Senior Behaviour Analyst/Partner/Clinical Director

• Clinical oversight of teams of neurodivergent learners including those with a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, FASD, Anxiety, OCD
• Completing initial intakes and assessments, including functional behaviour assessments.
• Creating individualized support plans
• Ongoing monitoring and updating of support plans
• Parent coaching and support
• Collaborating with staff, other professionals and community partners as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Providing workshops and training in response to community needs.
• Leading and supporting teams of BCaBA’s and BCBAs.
• Providing BACB Supervision to junior consultants.

Job Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Special Education or Psychology.
• BCBA certification with 3-5 years experience.
• Meets requirements for Registry of Autism Service Providers in BC.
• Competent with clinical skills in behaviour analysis
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently.

Salary: From $70.00 per hour
