Looking for an Office Assistant to help with daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Job Duties to Include:
– Clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, mailing, and shipping
– Assist with vendors and contractors as needed via email or phone.
– Keeping an inventory of supplies, and ordering new materials if needed
– Help to keep track of shop inventory and orders
– Maintaining files, databases, and lists
– Ability to research various topics and provide detailed s in a timely manner
– Social media posting and engagement
– Running errands as needed for the business and principles
– Willingness to learn new programs and processes
– Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
– Computer experience (MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
– Familiarity of social media – Facebook & Instagram
– Valid US Driver’s license with a reliable transportation
– Must be comfortable with animals
Preferred Qualifications:
– Photoshop or Graphic Design
– 1 – 2 years of administrative or office assistant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
