Pay range: $90,000-120,000/annually

Senior Hospital Recruiter Summary:

• Identify the future needs of the hospital staffing and develop strategies to address those needs.
• Identify job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources
• Continually reduce, track, on, and reduce cost/hire and time to hire performance of the team.

Senior Hospital Recruiter Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of direct recruiting experience required with healthcare recruiting strongly preferred
• At least 2 years direct management/supervisory experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
