Confidential Hiring for Travel Account Manager Full Time

Northeast side company is seeking a Travel Account Manager. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Serves as the primary contact for the client, responsible for client satisfaction and represents client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Main responsibilities include maintaining all aspects of assigned accounts, travel reward program development, communications and registration management. Open to remote employment but must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage marketing and communications of assigned programs.

· Develop travel programs based on client needs and desires.

· Fulfill Request for Proposal requirements for future programs.

· Formulate, monitor and update budgets and program costs.

· Build program timelines and task lists.

· Monitor and update client program websites.

· Light clerical office duties.

Requirements:

• Communications experience preferred, excellent writing skills a must.
• Knowledge of inDesign a plus but not required.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Must be flexible and able to travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word and Power Point. Knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint and Teams preferred.
• Experience with budgets a plus but not required.
• Motivated and goal oriented.
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
• Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
