Our Operations Team:

Operations is the core part of Rahi team. Our operations team is made up of Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Logistics, ERP Administration, Business Support and Management team. Operations team is also an entry point for several of our fresh graduates that then grow in Operations or can move into other departments such as Sales, Project Management and Marketing. New hires with previous experience quickly grow in lead or leadership roles in Operations. The operations team s into the Chief Operating Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Validate and process customer orders
• Understand guidelines and processes and follow while processing
• Able to support multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders
• Manage order status and inform customers with updates
• As a point of contact for the department, be able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Sales, Engineering)
• Able to communicate effectively with customers (obtain missing information or answer queries)
• Able to provide support for both pre-sales and post-sales side of business
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Able to prioritize, act and resolve issues promptly
• Stay up to date with new products and features

Education and Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices
• Analytical and organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team
• Detail Oriented, willing to learn attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with ERP/CRM (NetSuite experience is preferred)

Pay: $35,491.03 – $65,000.00 per year
