Triosim Corporation Hiring for Facilities Recruiter/Recruiter Professional (Non-Remote Position) Full Time

Triosim has an opening for a Facilities Recruiter / HR Professional in our Muskogee, OK office.

This position’s Responsibilities / Job Duties are as followed:

• Recruit local manpower for internal site job vacancies
• Recruit for local mechanical staffing at external site
• Provide on-boarding HR assistance
• Assist with time sheets and payroll functions
• Assist with Safety Training and Skills Training logs
• Collaborate with existing Staffing Team
• to Site Manager, as well as other Department Heads
• Make photocopies, file, fax documents and perform other clerical functions as necessary

Qualification:

• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• Applicant must be detail oriented and possess ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work under tight deadline with flexibility
• Must have professional verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Two years of college level course work in business, personnel management, or related field
• Two years of administrative experience
• Experience in Paychex, Microsoft Office products and GP Dynamics a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
