The Amazon and Third-Party E-Comm Account Manager represents the company internally and externally, doggedly improves the performance of the teams they work with, and ensures our market solutions deliver value to our customers.

Key Activities:

• Develop and execute online retail sales and marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
• Optimize product visibility through search engine optimization and advertising
• Negotiate with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms regarding promotions and product placements
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws related to e-commerce
• Monitor and manage the budget for online retail operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage the brand’s presence and performance through third-party fulfillment
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience on WalMart’s e-commerce platform
• Optimize e-commerce and PDP pages for key accounts to drive sales and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate product listings, promotions, and pricing
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Communicate with key account representatives to stay informed about promotional opportunities and other initiatives

Supervision Received:

This position s directly to the VP of Performance Marketing. Must be able to work within guidelines established by company policies and administered by the stakeholders. Company policies are designed with the end result of 100% Customer Satisfaction – “Love it or Return It.”

Supervision Exercised:

This position exercises coaching, facilitating, and mentoring roles.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and key account management
• Strong understanding of Amazon and WalMart’s e-commerce platforms
• Experience working with key accounts such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports+Outdoors, Hibbett Sports, and Scheels
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
• Ability to communicate effectively to executive leadership

Required Education

Exempt Status

Amazon and Third-Party E-Comm Account Manager position within our organization is a salaried, exempt position. This position may work in excess of 40 hours per week and is not subject to overtime pay for those hours worked in excess of 40 hours. This is in accordance with Federal Wage and Hour laws.

The established workweek for this organization is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. As an exempt employee, you will be expected to work the established hours. Full days taken off during the assigned work week will be unpaid unless vacation or sick leave is elected. An employee is able to use any available vacation or sick leave to compensate for full days not worked during the established workweek. Vacation or Sick leave may not apply to part-time positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
