The Dietary Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating food service activities of the nursing home including staffing, food ordering and preparation. CDM is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full operation of the kitchen and food preparation activities
• Directly supervising dietary employees in day-to-day operations
• Interview, hire and train new employees

Long term or healthcare care experience is preferred.

Pay based on experience.
