Landscape Maintenance Professionals, Inc. is a privately held, stable, and widely recognized service organization is seeking a General Office Administrative Assistant to join its team. While we are continuously growing, we are still small enough to care and have a family atmosphere.
The individual in this role will assist in a variety of administrative and support functions. This individual will exemplify professionalism, discretion, and the ability to contribute to and participate in the established teamwork environment of the office. The individual in this role will proactively contribute to the success of the organization by assisting with the following requirements including but not limited to:
– Provides general administrative support to the designated members of the Accounting, HR and branch management staff.
– Assists in sending applications for Human Resources to run background checks and assists with orientation/onboarding of new employees.
– Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled s, presentation materials, and other employee documentation, as needed.
– Coordinates employee events including celebrations, annual meetings, recognition, and service awards.
– Maintains high level of employee confidentiality.
– Assists with general accounting duties as requested.
– Proactively provides assistance and back up to other positions and departments including accounts payable, answering telephones, sending faxes, printing, scanning or copying documents, receiving packages, and greeting guests and visitors when required.
– Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills needed to work in a team environment.
– Demonstrating the ability to understand and execute directions given.
– Assists the General Manager/Sales and Marketing team with bid packaging creating
– Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30PM
– Other duties and activities as assigned.
Pay to be based off experience and to may be discussed during interview.
Qualifications:
– Bi-lingual Spanish is welcomed.
– Notary Public preferred or able to obtain within ninety (90) days.
– Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills including time management.
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks products.
