Location

Our headquarters is in Brentwood, TN, which is fifteen minutes south of downtown Nashville. We don’t like to brag, but we think we have some of the best outdoor activities and live music in the country. Our team works in-person with the ability to work hybrid up to 2 days per week based on performance. We think that creates the best of both worlds with culture and flexibility.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated client needs
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for multiple accounts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating final offers, etc.
• Directly manage and provide day-to-day oversight to assigned recruiters
• Ensure best in class communication with clients to create raving fans
• Source, recruit, interview and extend job offers to candidates
• Advise on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting strategies
• Maintain and monitor the Client Relationship Management/Applicant Tracking System to ensure proper utilization and compliance with Federal, State, Local laws and regulations
• Ensure department s are completed weekly and disseminate to leadership
• Analyze social media recruiting sources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create compelling job postings and market analysis for assigned accounts
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed
• Coordinate with recruiters and clients on creating job postings
• Organize and attend on-site recruiting events
• Be up for the wild card! You never know what each day will bring!

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a decentralized company or recruiting agency. Healthcare industry recruitment experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Experience recruiting highly competitive positions
• Excellent attention to detail, quick problem solving skills, and tech savy are a must
• Driven and self-motivated to build a lasting career – not just looking for a job
• Demonstrated commitment to honesty, integrity and being a great team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with passive candidate generation using a variety of techniques
• Passion for and proven success implementing successful recruiting strategies and leading a recruiting team
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
