We are looking for a full or part time product engineer that can design, configure, and troubleshoot DC powered air conditioners and electrical systems.

What are we looking for in an applicant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial).
• 1 to 5 years of industry experience is preferred.
• Understands a sense of urgency regarding Engineering builds, issue resolution and production demands.
• Experience with DC powered electrical/air conditioning designs preferred.
• Strong problem solving and computer skills.
• Ability to prepare and present clear and concise status of builds for all assigned products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail
• Reliability is a must (we offer pay increases for perfect attendance!)
• Stellar multi-tasking skills
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter
• Experience with CAD and Solidworks is a must
• Willingness to learn

Expectations:

• Design, configure and troubleshoot DC powered air conditioners and electrical systems.
• Work closely with the CEO on new products and builds
• Update and improve products as needed
• Communicate with customers directly to help troubleshoot any product or installation issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet mutual goals.
• Participate in meetings and trainings for product roll outs.
• Willingness to work on any other assigned tasks to support the team and the company goals.

• Demands flexibility throughout the day, all team members are trained in multiple areas to ensure the workflow remains consistent

• Extended hours during certain times of the year, weekends can occasionally be required.

The salary range is from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience. Bonuses based on work performance and meeting outcomes.
