As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

Minimal experience in collision repair estimates will help you achieve your goals as you will also manage communication and contact with clients and insurance partners to ensure client satisfaction. You will have a direct impact on the shop profitability and its client satisfaction.

A day in the Life of an Estimator at Fix Auto

• Review damage s, repair orders and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.
• Create repair estimates for potential clients according to Fix Auto and insurance companies best practices/guidelines.
• Ensure estimate follow-up to maximize closing ratio.
• Collaborate with client experience personnel to ensure exceptional follow-up and service.
• Monitor vehicle production in collaboration with production and parts efficiency managers to ensure timely delivery.
