Bridge Ltd Hiring for Case Handler Full Time

The job is to manage the rehabilitation needs of clients injured in accidents. This includes using a bespoke CRM system so you will need to be IT proficient.

In this role you will also be trained to tele phone triage the clients to understand what is the most appropriate treatment pathway for the client. Therefore applicants must be confident on the phone.

It is a very fast paced role and attention to detail is critical. The role includes data entry, setting prompts and reminders.

The role is IT and computer based, therefore the candidate must by computer literate with experience on Mircrosoft Office.

The job is working from home.

we are looking preferable for full time but will consider part time.

Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 but we can offer flexibility on this.

28 days holiday per annum

Job Description:
