CAPSLOCK Hiring for Admissions Coordinator Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team. You will into and learn from our Admissions Manager. You’ll be responsible for applicant enquiries and admissions related administration, whilst supporting the Growth Team with marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from prospects and applicants, including via email, live chat, opening evenings and video calls.
• Pro-actively provide support to applicants to help them through the process.
• Support the Admissions Manager with the admissions process, keeping track of applications and applicant activity within our CRM (customer relationship management system) and LMS (learning management system).
• Write, send, and on outbound communications via email and SMS throughout the admissions process.
• Undertake regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Create and share weekly admissions data s.
• Regularly review admissions content to ensure it is up-to-date and correct.
• Work with, and support, the Growth Team on marketing activity to drive learner acquisition and engagement with our target audiences.
• Have the opportunity to work with the Admissions Manager on the continuous improvement of the admissions process.
• Occasionally attend in-person company events.
• Have the opportunity for professional and personal development.
• Perform any other reasonable request made by the Admissions Manager or Head of Growth.

What we’re looking for in you

• Happy and able to work remotely from home, within a fast-paced scale-up environment where you can contribute to a wide range of projects.
• Experience of working in customer-facing roles and able to provide a positive customer support experience.
• Experience of working in sales-related roles and / or have an understanding of sales processes.
• Pro-active attitude and the ability to use your own initiative.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to disseminate information succinctly and accurately.
• Good digital skills – must be comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack. Experience with systems like HubSpot, WordPress and Adobe is desirable.
• Excited to learn about new technologies and continually explore new tools and ideas which could improve learner experience.
• Actively mindful of equality, inclusion, and diversity and have a desire to make a lasting social impact.

Salary: £25-28K depending on experience

Annual Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday

Location: Remote, UK

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working), with some requirement to work outside of normal office hours.
