Senior Administrative Assistant – Job Description
Answer the telephone promptly
Open and distribute mail daily
Prepare AR Invoices
Post daily Cash Receipts
Keep filing up to date and organized
Match AP Invoices with Receiving paperwork and prepare for keying
Provide Customer Service using both the telephone and via email
Be able to operate computer, copy machines, and laminator
Order all office and break room supplies
Keep bathroom and supply closet stocked
Run errands
Enter data in spreadsheets for Accounting Manager
Translate Spanish communications to English for Operations Manager
Communicate with customers in Mexico and Latin America
Update and publish multiple brochures/publications as needed
Clerical support for President; Operations Manager
Special projects under the direction of the President and Operations Manager
Process credit card payments as instructed by customers.
Computer literate: Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher,
Outlook and Quick Books.
Must be competent with 10 key calculators

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
