That’s why we’re looking for a dynamic administrative professional to join our Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and Health practice group to efficiently support our legal staff.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for…
- Managing multiple databases in support of the practice group and clients
- Preparing correspondence, legal documents, forms, presentations, and the like using intermediate to advanced word processing and technology skills
- Effectively proofreading and editing documentation for grammatical and typographical errors; providing detailed review of client related documentation to include required signatures
- Coordinating travel arrangements for legal staff utilizing available resources. Preparing detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Forwarding appropriate billing and expense information to Accounting Department in accordance with established firm policy
- Providing support with processing Professional Activity Expense form (PAE), expenses and reimbursements
- Assist LAAs in the group with attorney time entries, reviewing pre-bills and processing client invoices

- A minimum of 1 year of related administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently and efficiently prioritize workflow
- Desire to learn new tasks and technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various practice management styles
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands
