These innovative products have stimulated growth within our business and we are eagerly seeking an individual to fill an Administrative Assistant role at our West Point, Nebraska office. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with a magnetic personality that inspires and challenges those around them to produce exemplary service for each and every customer we encounter. Our vision for the Administrative Assistant centers around professionalism as the person in this role will be managing a high level of data, creating and perfecting office processes, providing sales support, and directing staff members. The ideal candidate will take ownership in exceeding the customer’s expectations by providing clear communication and acute attention to detail. This position will serve as the primary accounting professional in our office and must be equipped to manage and maintain detailed, accurate accounting records. Success in this role will be highly dependent on the individual’s ability to contribute to our already outstanding company culture and their investment in protecting our brand.

What does a typical day look like in this role?
As the activity hub for the office, the Administrative Assistant will wear many hats on a daily basis. This person will be responsible for managing and directing all customer inquiries and requests as well as providing support and direction for the entire Agronomic Consulting Group staff. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for the customers making them the “face of the place”. Implementing innovative office procedures to increase efficiency and managing sales and production ing deadlines are included in daily tasks for this position as well. Participation in weekly staff meetings, some light accounting work, and aiding in data entry during our peak seasons will keep this position active, in tune with our business plan, and invested in the success of the entire team.
