What You’ll Do

• Supervise the ABA team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure development of staff to achieve high results. Promote engagement and satisfaction to drive retention. Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Ensure clinical quality through clinical audits and efficient caseload management, consistent with the ChildServe ABA program model.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and skill based assessments. Develop and monitor implementation of treatment plans that are individualized and utilize evidence based strategies. Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide supervision of experience for BCBA’s or BCBA candidates pursuing certification. Provide supervision of treatment plan implementation for certified and non-certified direct care providers.
• Collaborate with each child’s interdisciplinary team to implement effective techniques across all environments promoting progress and generalization. Collaborate to advance the growth of ChildServe’s Autism program.
• Provide training to staff and families on treatment plans, including the use of standardized training curricula. Provide or collaborate on training within ChildServe and the community.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s Degree in Related Field. Successful completion of the BCBA’s Supervisor Training Curriculum preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience post certification working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading, writing and speaking the English language
