MTK Resources Hiring for Marketing Specialist Full Time

Are you a marketing expert who isn’t afraid to think outside the box? We are in search of someone well versed in both the in-person/field/community marketing as well as all digital and social channels for a flourishing and highly regarded holistic substance abuse program. There are exciting initiatives on the horizon for our holistic substance abuse recovery program. We’re on the hunt for a skilled marker to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals and increase brand awareness. This person will be the representative for the company at community and peer events and build relationships in the local community to enhance program pipeline. The marketer will be responsible for handling referrals and admissions to the program. Don’t be afraid to hit the ground running with your passion and excitement for all the program’s offerings.

Requirements

• Experience with a field/community marketing role, a real road warrior
• Experience working with a substance abuse program
• Well versed in social media and digital marketing
• Ability to think outside of the box and be creative
• A passion for working with substance abuse/mental health work
• Excellent time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Creativity and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Act as representative for the company at community and peer events.
• Development of marketing plans that combine social media and digital marketing initiatives with community and relationship-driven marketing approaches
• Responsible for handling referrals and admissions to the program
• Maintain center’s social media and digital presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and website blog
• Remain in tune with clientele and switch marketing approaches as needed to target different clients
• Manage marketing budget efficiently and creatively
• Schedule events for people from the company to speak at and make introductions between facility personnel and community members as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Face to face marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
