Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

• Manage front office/reception area and telephone
• Receiving clients, guests, visitors, and tradespeople
• Sign in visitors via QR codes and manual bookings
• Assist the Sydney PA team with travel booking, invoice processing, claiming and approving expenses
• Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies
• Manage the security pass system and issuing of cards to staff/visitors
• Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages
• Boardroom and kitchen maintenance
• Manage Office maintenance and repairs with Building Management and suppliers
• Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new employees and leavers
• Assisting with new joiner orientation and office tours
• Manage Telstra Corporate mobile phone plans and billing enquiries
• Locker Management

• Prior experience from a similar role with good MS office skills
• Highly organised and enjoy working independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Friendly, highly approachable and like getting involved
• Capable of building and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Flexible in approach, taking on new challenges and responsibility
• Great attention to detail and proactive
• Mindful of confidential and sensitive information
