ing to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Content Producer will assist with the implementation of new content and ideas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and creation of highly engaging and compelling photo and video content for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, including but not limited to

Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, paid media, and any new platforms that may emerge.

• Contribute innovative and creative ideas for digital and social content that establishes and maintains the Toys for Tots brand.
• Edit all photo and video content for upload-ready audience engagement.
• Help to strategize and coordinate photo and video shoots and set-ups, including logistics, lighting, set and locations, etc.
• Maintain Social Media Cadence Calendar.
• Travel to various events, which includes (but is not limited to) local collection and distribution events.
• Media monitoring for any mention of Toys for Tots.
• Create and execute various forms of digital content.
• Work with Corporate Sponsors to execute their Social Media initiatives and cross- promote and align messaging.
• Other duties as assigned.

Social Media Content Producer Requirements and Qualification

• Multi-talented content creator with experience in copywriting, photography, videography, and/or graphic design.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects and

Photoshop.

• Must have excellent time management skills and ability to beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think conceptually to tell visual stories and push boundaries, as well as determine how to execute ideas.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in videography and photography.
• Must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Creative mindset and exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic teammate that isn’t afraid to take risks and wear many hats.
• Some travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Digital Media, Visual

Communications, Video Production, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years’ experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
