CM Counsel Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Behavioral Health Practice Full Time

CM Counsel is seeking a full-time office administrator to support our Plymouth Meeting location. For more than 20 years, CM Counsel has been providing quality outpatient mental health services by experienced licensed psychotherapists and psychiatrists. Candidates for this position must be extremely organized, efficient, flexible, and detail oriented.

The office environment is fast-paced and demands exceptional communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) scheduling and coordinating appointments for our psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and professional counselors; verifying patient insurance; facilitating providers’ credential maintenance; fielding phone calls and inquiries; managing the daily office operations; and performing light filing, basic bookkeeping, and data entry.

We require previous experience working in a medical practice. Familiarity with Web-based EMR programs is preferred.

Pay: $42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
